3. Home Appliances
For home appliances and similar products:

Products that have been installed, assembled, connected to electricity, gas, or water, or otherwise used after delivery may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Any manufacturer warranty provided with the product remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Refunds for orders paid through Paymob will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Shipping Costs
